Setting up the Strike Pack
To work, the Strike Pack must be connected to the controller, and plugged into the console with the supplied cable.
The Strike Pack is only compatible with the official basic controllers of each coresponding console! It is NOT compatible with elite, Scuf and other third party controler.

How to update the Strike Pack:
- Open a compatible browser (e.g. Google Chrome) on a non-iOS device such as a PC, Mac, Chromebook, or Android phone.
- Visit the update page: https://firmware.modcentral.ca
- Plug your Strike Pack into the device via USB.
- If your Strike Pack is already connected to your controller, hold paddles 1 & 3 while plugging it in.
- Click on Connect, then select your Strike Pack from the list and click Connect again.
- Click Check for New Firmware, then select the latest version to begin the update.
- Wait for the message Programming Device… to appear.
- Once the process is complete and the device information reappears, your Strike Pack is successfully updated.
- You can now unplug the Strike Pack — it's ready to use.
How to connect the Strike Pack to a smartphone ?
Strike Pack Horizon: Wireless Innovation for PS5 and Xbox Series
The PS5 Strike Pack and Xbox Series Strike Pack benefit from the cutting-edge features introduced by the Strike Pack Horizon models.
Strike Pack Horizon units come equipped with a Bluetooth chip, allowing wireless communication with your Apple or Android smartphone.
Using the Strike Pack Central app, you'll get access to an intuitive touch interface to configure your paddles and in-game mods easily.
Now it’s time to connect your Strike Pack to your smartphone. Follow the steps below in the correct order to ensure a successful setup.

Connecting the Strike Pack Horizon Vista to Your PS5
Note:
If your controller becomes unresponsive after step 4, simply unplug and reconnect the Strike Pack cable. This is a common and easily resolved sync issue.
- Turn on your PlayStation 5 console.
- Go to Settings → Accessories → Controller (General) → Communication Method, and select Use USB Cable (this step is required).
- Plug the Strike Pack into a powered-off DualSense controller (you can turn it off by holding the PS button).
- Connect the controller to your PS5 without touching the touchpad. The Strike Pack LEDs should turn red, indicating pairing mode.
- Launch the STRIKEPACK CENTRAL app on your smartphone or tablet, and allow all necessary permissions.
- The app will automatically detect your Strike Pack (this may take up to 60 seconds). When prompted, tap CONNECT.
- The LEDs will turn white — pairing is now complete.
- From now on, just plug in your Strike Pack and play.
Note:

- The LEDs will turn white — your Strike Pack is now successfully paired.

How to Factory Reset the Memory on Your Strike Pack Horizon (PS5 & Xbox Series)
Both the PS5 Strike Pack and the Xbox Series Strike Pack include internal memory. After a major firmware update — or if you're experiencing unusual behavior — it may be necessary to manually clear the memory of your Strike Pack. This process is similar to a factory reset.
Note:
This operation does not affect your settings saved in the Strike Pack Central app.
To clear the memory of your Strike Pack Horizon, follow these steps:
- Unplug the Strike Pack from your controller or console.
- While holding both configuration buttons on the Strike Pack, plug the cable back in — don’t release the buttons.
- If successful, the Strike Pack LEDs will light up pink.
- When the LEDs switch from pink to white, the memory reset is complete.
- You can now unplug and reconnect the Strike Pack, and use it as normal.
