How can i track my order ?
You can follow the progress of your order in real time in your account under the heading "my orders". Once its been shipped you'll be provided with the tracking number.
How can i check the shipping cost ?
The total estimated shipping cost is available in your shopping cart. Depending on the products added (quantity, size, weight, total price, etc.), the list of available carriers (i.e. able to take care of your order) is presented to you with the associated shipping costs.
How fast is the delivery process ?

How can i subscribe to the newsletter ?
All you have to do is register your email address on the home page of the site under the “Newsletter” section. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to follow to confirm your registration.
How do i unsubscribe from the newsletter ?
All you have to do is log in to your customer area and uncheck the box “I would like to subscribe to the newsletter”. Your request will then be taken into account. If you do not have a stealth-gamer.com customer account, simply click on “I wish to unsubscribe” at the bottom of the last newsletter received.
What about warranty ?

How to use my right to retract ?
From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal by returning your order to us within this period (C. consum. art. L 121-20), and be reimbursed in full, the costs of returning the goods by carrier to our warehouse remaining at your expense. In order to facilitate the proper management of returns within the withdrawal period, you can first obtain a return number by completing the return request form on your customer account or by contacting our After-Sales Service. An email will then be sent to you explaining the procedure for returning your order. This formality does not suspend the deadline for returning the package within 14 clear days after delivery. In accordance with Ordinance No. 2001-741 of August 23, 2001, this withdrawal period does not apply: - To earphones and headphones (for hygiene reasons).

What do to when i receive my order ?
Upon receipt of your order, it is important to check that your package has not been damaged during transport and that the equipment is in perfect condition (and, if necessary, to note any eventual damage on the delivery note of the carrier). This verification must be done at the time of delivery and in the presence of the driver. We recommend that you keep the packaging, these can be useful in the event of a return of the product, and are essential if you wish to benefit from your right of withdrawal.

What to do if my order is dammaged ?
Open the parcel in the presence of the driver to see if the product is damaged. If so, refuse it. If the driver refuses to let you open the package, refuse it as well. These same checks are also to be carried out in the event of withdrawal from the post office.
My product seems to be defective, what can i do ?
In the event of a technical problem with your product, you can request a return from our after-sales service directly online, via your customer page. Obtaining a return number is essential before any return, any package returned without a return number could be refused by our team.

How do i update my Strike Pack and why ?
The Strike Pack must be regularly updated (on PC) in order to work perfectly on your console. If you observe any type of bug on the strike pack or its mods, be sure to update again! To update the strike pack: follow the following procedure in order - Download the software (universal updater) from the manufacturer's website: https://collectiveminds-uk.myshopify.com/pages/downloads Install and open the software Connect the Strike Pack via USB to the computer: Alone (without the controller) Choose your strike pack on the software and launch the update Once the update is complete, remove the strike pack from the PC.
Can i use a Cronus ZEN on PS5 ?
ZEN is compatible with the PS5, in the context of a beta open to all ! The product is 100% functional on the new playstation 5, but its connection is slightly different : it it requires extra hardware to function. What is the Strike Pack's Modpass subsciption and do i need it ?
The Strike Pack has a optional subscription plan. Its identical on all versions of the product. This offer, the mod pass, is sold directly by the manufacturer, not Stealth Gamer. With the subscription, and the associated software (the Mod Central) You unlock more complex mods for most current games on the market. The FPS mod pack is always free and preinstalled on all Strike Packs, both Playstation and Xbox. Please note that a PC equipped with Windows 10/11 is REQUIRED to take advantage of the subscription.

I lost my id or/and my password, what can i do ?
If you forgot your password, just click on "Forgot password" on your personal account page. You then enter your username (email address) to receive a password recovery email. If you have forgotten your username or you no longer have access to the mailbox of your stealth-gamer.com account, contact our customer service by email.
What is the processing time for my order ?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Once the order has been prepared, the package is delivered to the carrier for which the delivery time applies. Orders on www.stealth-gamer.com are prepared from Monday to Friday. If an item is not available, the order will be prepared upon receipt of the product.
How do I add products to my order, modify it or cancel it?
To add products to an order, simply use the add to cart button in the product sheet or category. To remove a product from the cart or adjust the quantity, you must go to the shopping cart page. To modify or cancel an order already registered, you must contact customer service before the package has been shipped out.
What is a refurbished product ?
A refurbished product is a product returned by a customer within the framework of the "satisfied or refunded" warranty which cannot be resold as a new article. These products are offered at reduced prices. They are in new condition and work perfectly.
